This amount reflects all current as well as past due charges.

The fuel adjustment line item is the cost of fuel we use to generate electricity and the cost of power we sometimes purchase from other companies.

The Federal Mandated EAC Rider first appeared on customers' bills in August 2009. This charge appeared in order to comply with the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Clean Air Interstate Rules (CAIR) that were enforced in order to reduce and cap air pollutants such as nitrous oxide (NOx) and sulfur dioxide (SO2).

This is the fee payment that your local government collects from Entergy to serve electricity in your area.

These are geographical areas within Entergy's service territory created to optimize meter reading, billing and account management in customer information systems. Every Entergy customer account is aligned with one of 21 cycles so that they are billed on, or about, the same date each month.
