Centers to provide outage information and answer customer
questions
Baton Rouge, La. – Entergy Louisiana, LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana,
L.L.C. will open 18 Customer Information Centers in the coming days to assist
customers who have questions about their power as a result of Hurricane Gustav.
“We know that people have immediate questions about their electric service
and we want to be able to provide as much up-to-date information as possible,”
said Steven Scheurich, vice president of customer service for Entergy Louisiana,
LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. “Setting up these Customer
Information Centers will create an avenue of information for customers who still
don’t have electricity.”
The CIC’s will operate daily unless otherwise noted from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
until further notice.
