Simple text commands can allow you to plan ahead and take care or your accounts from your cellphone – wherever you may be, or even if your power is out.

With myAccount texting, you can:
  • Report a power outage.
  • Receive a text message if your power goes out.
  • Receive a text message when your power is restored.
  • View information on your account.
  • Request a payment extension for your bill.
  • Check the status of your work order or permit.
To sign up for text messaging click on "Texting Registration" above or text "reg" (without quotes) to 368374.* Enter your Entergy account number and ZIP code in the message. During major events, text messages may not be available for affected areas. Text messages may result in a charge to you by your wireless provider.
