Note: Only licensed Electrician/Plumber may contact the permit office to receive a permit/approval.

The customer is never to call the permit office

Residential:

• Fire

• Temporary construction

• Permanent construction

• Existing structure (service line installation)

• Rewiring, Upgrade, Repair

• 6 month vacancy

• Mobile Home movement

• **** Emergence Reconnects After hours: ***If customer has emergency after hours, weekend, holidays, please send reconnect. Please send PERM ticket so we can check with parish the next business day. Please inform customer of follow up with parish for permit

Commercial:
