***Inspector Luther Sanson cannot call for Emergency Reconnects at any time, day or after hours.

Residential:

- Temporary construction

- Permanent construction

- Any structure movement (house, mobile home, etc)

- Upgrading/Rewiring/Repair

- Fire

- Tampering

Emergence Reconnects After hours: ***If customer has emergency after hours, weekend, holidays, please send reconnect. Please send PERM ticket so we can check with parish the next business day. Please inform customer of follow up with parish for permit

Commercial:

- Temporary construction

- Permanent construction

- All turn ons

- All read and leave ons

- Upgrading/Rewiring/Repair

- Any structure movement (shop, barn, etc…)

- Fire

- Tampering

- Changing from one business type to another (i.e. Restaurant to Beauty Shop)

- Obtain this from State Fire Marshall (318) 676-7145

- Exemptions:

• Cablevision Power Supply/Boosters, Signs, Firework Stands

• Irrigation pumps are exempt no permit required
