Within town limits Permit Office

Electrical permit or inspection for one or more of the following:

Residential:  

•         Any structure movement (house, mobile home, etc..)

•         Temporary construction

•         Permanent construction

•         Existing structure (service line installation)

•         Rewiring, Upgrade, Repair

•         12 month vacancy

•         Tampering or inactive consumption (only if meter pan damaged)

Commercial:

•          Any structure movement (shed, barn, etc..)

•         Temporary construction

•         Permanent construction

•         Existing structure (service line installation)

•         12 month vacancy

•         Rewiring, Upgrade, Repair

•         Tampering or inactive consumption (only if meter pan damaged)

•         Exception:  No Permit required for Cox Communications
