•        All turn ons

•         All installs

•         All read and leave ons

• Exceptions:  Lake Arthur Housing Authority and Tenants are exempt from permits.

- 506 and 508 Commercial

- 112, 114, 116 and 118 McClure

- 610 and 612 Iowa
