Parish permit or inspection

• New construction, temporary meter

• New construction, permanent meter

• Existing structure - if Entergy has to run a service line a permit is required

• Upgrades or rewiring

• All commercial connections

• Mobile home movement and wiring and mobile home upgrades

• Miscellaneous non-residential connections (shed, barn, houseboat, pole service, etc.)

• Service that has been disconnected for more than 90 days
