Exception for After Hours Only: Do not hold the reconnect work order for a permit when the location was disconnected for emergency repairs. The CSR should:
Advise the customer to get the inspection the next business day
Issue an emergency reconnect work order
Issue a PERM ticket. The Permit Desk will follow up to ensure that the location meets proper permitting requirements
Advise the customer that the location will be subject to disconnection of the Permit is not received the next business day
Weather damage:If customer has weather damage on the weekend please send PERM ticket so we can send a list for the city inspector to check This is only for weekend storms
