Exception for After Hours Only: Do not hold the reconnect work order for a permit when the location was disconnected for emergency repairs. The CSR should:
• Advise the customer to get the inspection the next business day
• Issue an emergency reconnect work order
• Issue a PERM ticket. The Permit Desk will follow up to ensure that the location meets proper permitting requirements
• Advise the customer that the location will be subject to disconnection of the Permit is not received the next business day
• Weather damage:If customer has weather damage on the weekend please send PERM ticket so we can send a list for the city inspector to check This is only for weekend storms
