Steven Scheurich - Vice President, Customer Service and External Affairs
Steven Scheurich is vice president of customer service and external affairs
for Entergy Louisiana, LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. In this
role, Scheurich directs the company’s customer service and operations
departments, commercial and industrial account management and external affairs
for the companies’ more than 1 million customers.
Prior to his appointment to lead Louisiana’s customer service organization in
2007, he was director of jurisdictional finance for Entergy’s Louisiana
companies where he was responsible for management reporting,
strategic/regulatory planning, financial planning/budgeting, capital
planning/acquisition assessments, financial analysis and operations support
and accounting controls/external reporting.
Prior positions include:

manager of utility planning, where he managed the financial forecasting
process for Entergy’s regulated utility companies.

manager of corporate reporting, providing internal and external reporting
accounting/financial support.

various other financial, accounting and strategic planning positions.
Scheurich earned bachelor of science degrees in business administration and
accounting from Louisiana State University in 1986 and 1988, respectively, and
a master of business administration degree from Tulane University in 2003.
