Steven Scheurich - Vice President, Customer Service and Commercial and Industrial Accounts

Steven Scheurich is vice president, Customer Service and Commercial and Industrial Accounts for Entergy Louisiana, LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. He directs customer service and major accounts initiatives for the companies’ 1 million customers.

Prior to his appointment to lead Louisiana’s customer service and account management organizations in 2007, he was director, jurisdictional finance – Louisiana, where he was responsible for management reporting, strategic/regulatory planning, financial planning/budgeting, capital planning/acquisition assessments, financial analysis and operations support, and accounting controls/external reporting.

From 2000 to 2002, he was manager of utility planning, where he managed the forecasting process for Entergy’s utility companies, implemented new revenue and sales forecasting models, managed development of weather model (financial / regulatory) and developed integrated fuel and industrial sales planning process.

Prior to that position, he was manager of corporate reporting, where he developed unbundled financials for Texas business separation filings and provided internal reporting accounting/financial support.

Other previous positions with the company include program manager, Entergy Renewal (1998-1999), manager of financial planning and analysis - EISI (1997-1998), and senior analyst, strategic planning and analysis (1996-1997). From 1989-1996, he held various positions in the generation and transmission organizations and ELI budgeting/financial planning.

Scheurich received bachelor of science degrees in business administration and accounting from Louisiana State University in 1986 and 1988 respectively, and a master of business administration degree from Tulane University in 2003.
