Asst-Administrative-Senior. She provides executive-level support to the
Director of Economic Development and the staff.

Myron
Lambert, Senior Account Executive

Myron Lambert has thirteen years experience working all aspects in the
Petrochemical Industry in Louisiana. Myron’s extensive experience in Customer
Service, Sales, and Sales/Branch Management stems from three very successful
years of outside sales to the petrochemical industry and fours years in Sales
and Branch Management. His active approach in treating sales as a profession,
ambition to work with and train Customer Service Agents and Account Managers
is his core competency. Other key strengths center around sales plans,
budgeting, and utilizing CRM systems to maximize time management, prospecting,
and increasing gross profit.
Myron views his largest accomplishment as taking Brenntag St. Gabriel from
$15m in Revenue and $600k in EBITDA in 2005 to $28.5m in Revenue and $1.6m in
EBITDA in 2008. Myron started his career in outside sales from 1997 through
2000 when he went to work for ExxonMobil in Operations. While at ExxonMobil,
he continued to build on his Bachelors Degree in Business Management by
completing a four year apprenticeship in Process Technology accredited by the
State of Louisiana and ExxonMobil. While completing the apprenticeship Myron
enrolled in the E. J. Ourso Executive M.B.A. program completing the graduate
program and the apprenticeship simultaneously. After five years with
ExxonMobil Myron returned to Brenntag Southwest as a Branch Manager.
Myron managed two chemical distribution facilities across four states, twenty
five employees, and all operations, sales, and customer service with total
profit and loss responsibility. Myron left Brenntag in May of 2009 to accept
his current position with Entergy Louisiana working in Economic Development.
Myron is currently working towards his Certification in Louisiana Economic
Development, is a member of community organizations such as the Lutcher QB
Club and New Roads Lions Club. Professionally part of LIDEA and Louisiana
Chemical Association.

Mary
Ann Moon, Community Developer – Business and Economic Expansion

Mary Ann serves as Community Developer – Business and Economic Expansion - for
Entergy Louisiana. Moon works with community groups, establishing networks and
assisting with program development in communities across northeast
Louisiana. Entergy’s Community and Economic Development team develops
public/private partnerships throughout Louisiana to establish and improve
community and economic development programs.
Moon previously served as the President of the West Monroe-West Ouachita
Chamber of Commerce She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe
and the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute and is a
Certified Economic Developer. Prior to her position with the WMWO Chamber,
Mary Ann was the Owner/President of Dixie Bonded Warehouse of Ouachita, Inc.
and Dixie Transportation, LLC. She was a member of the American Trucking
Association, the Louisiana Motor Transport Association, the American
Warehousing Association and served as a member of the Louisiana Department of
Transportation Inter-modal Planning Committee.
Moon is a member of the International Economic Development Council and serves
on the Membership Committee. She is a Board member and mentor for the
University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute. Mary Ann is
Co-Chairman for the University of Southern Mississippi Trade, Transportation
and Logistics Advisory Council, a member of the University of Louisiana at
Monroe College of Business Advisory Council and K-12 Education Committee, the
Delta Regional Authority Alumni Board and graduate of the Leadership
Institute. She also serves as Vice Chair of Louisiana’s Education’s Next
Horizon and a graduate of Leadership Louisiana.

 Ron
Childress, Community Developer

Ron Childress recently joined the Louisiana Economic Development group as a
community developer and will be responsible for administering the Team City
program across 12 Entergy served parishes in the Lake Charles / Lafayette area.
Ron began his career with Entergy in 1977 where he worked in various
operations and maintenance positions at the Nelson Plant in Westlake,
Louisiana. In 1997 he accepted the opportunity to support the J-STARS program
for defense contractor Northrop Grumman located at the Chennault Industrial
Airpark in Lake Charles. Ron rejoined Entergy in 2000 where he managed various
co-owner agreements for the Commercial Operations Group located in The
Woodlands, Texas.
Ron is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana and has earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Electronic / Electrical Technology and a Masters of Business
Administration degree from McNeese State University.

Perry

Perry Pertuit joined Entergy Louisiana’s Economic Development department as
the Senior Lead Analyst in December of 2006. His marketing and research
responsibilities for Economic Development includes the Strategic and Marketing
Plans, Target Industry and Lead Generation Programs - performing necessary
analysis to identify prospective industries and businesses to locate in
Louisiana, Marketing/Advertising/PR initiatives, maintaining and reporting
market trend and economic information for the state along with performance
results for the departments’ various programs.
He also manages the Louisiana Site Selection Center web site - a Buildings &
Sites Database and GIS mapping application with detailed Demographic and
Business Data, Parish & Community Profiles and a Geospatial Data Download
Portal used as the official Site Selection Center by the state (LED) along
with regional and local organizations, the corporate Economic Development web
site for LA and the Site Selection Research Center (business, industry and
state information, data, publications, marketing material etc.).
Perry is originally from Marrero, LA. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
mass communications, specialty in public relations from Nicholls State
University. He has 15 years of marketing experience, particularly in the
restaurant/food service industry with national, regional and local companies.
He is a Veteran of the U.S. Army and served in Operation Desert Shield/Storm.

Richardson, Staff Account Executive

Sam Richardson is a Staff Account Executive responsible for recruiting and
retaining business and industry in Louisiana. Richardson has a Bachelor of
Science degree from Louisiana Tech University and is a graduate of the
University of Central Arkansas Community Development Institute, University of
Oklahoma Economic Development Institute, Texas A&M University Basic Industrial
Development Course, and Council for a Better Louisiana’s Leadership Louisiana
program. He is a member of Corporate Real Estate Network (Corenet), Southern
Economic Development Council (SEDC), and Louisiana Industrial Development
Executives Association (LIDEA).
Richardson has worked for Entergy for 25 years, working out of Lake Charles,
Jennings, Baton Rouge, and the West Monroe offices.

Pamela
Webster, Associate Analyst

Pamela Webster joined the economic development department as an Associate
Analyst in July of 2007. Her primary responsibilities are the development and
maintenance of a statewide Building and Sites database, and development of an
automated system to track economic development activities. Other
responsibilities include conducting research and supporting the marketing
effort.

Karen Yates joined Entergy in 1974 and has worked in various sales and
marketing positions. As a community developer, she has responsibility for
administering the Team City program for the Baton Rouge metropolitan area and
parishes north of Lake Pontchartrain.
A native of Minden, La., she earned a bachelor’s degree from Northeast La.
University in Monroe, La.
