Please mark your calendar for Wednesday, October 14, 2009 for the Entergy
Teamwork Louisiana “Conference XXI.” Previously known as Team City, our
conference and Teamwork Louisiana program have taken on a new name and look
while retaining the same focus of growing and promoting your community and our
great state. We want to be sure you are there to join us in the fun and
learning opportunities!
Not only have we moved the date from the first week in June to October 14th,
the venue and the conference location have also changed. This year, the
conference will be a one-day event that will be held at the Crowne Plaza
Hotel, formerly known as the Holiday Inn Select, or as in year’s past, known
as the Radisson. Located at 4728 Constitution Boulevard, Baton Rouge, many of
you will remember some of our earlier conferences that were held there and the
great experiences you had. The 2009 Teamwork Louisiana Conference will carry
on this 20-year tradition!
We will continue to keep you updated with our plans for this year’s Teamwork
Louisiana Conference, so be sure to watch for e-mail blasts, invitations and
registration material as they will be forthcoming. The name of the program and
conference may have changed, the date may have changed, and the hotel may have
changed, but the Teamwork Louisiana Program and “Conference XXI” remain the
same, committed to you and your community. We look forward to seeing you on
Wednesday, October 14th in Baton Rouge!

HOTEL INFORMATION/ROOM RESERVATIONS
The
Crowne Plaza Hotel has blocked rooms for the Teamwork Louisiana Conference at
a rate of $114 per night, single or double occupancy, plus tax (reg. $139).
The deadline for room reservations is September 14, 2009. Please make your
reservations by this date to guarantee the conference rate. When making your
reservation, please ask for the Entergy Teamwork Louisiana Conference rate.
Accommodations are at participant’s expense.
